Calling 411 can be expensive!
It's usually more then $1 per call, regardless if they can help you or not. Instead, text message Google from your phone to get information on the go, it's cheaper, (text message rates apply), and more extensive information is available then dialing 411.
Here's How
Start a new text message on your phone and type the information you need in the message body. For example, if you need the address and phone of PC Experts in Chicago, you would type just that:
PC EXPERTS CHICAGO
Send the message to 46645, (googl), and in a few seconds you will get our address and phone number in a few seconds back from Google! You can also use the following:
Name of a person and zip code or town name, (John Doe Chicago)
Name of a movie and zip code or town name, (Harry Potter Indianapolis)
Type of Business and zip code or town name (Pizza 60661)
In the case of movies Google will return show times and theater information. I can't tell you how many times the service has been a real life saver!
